A Lesson For Him
Inevitably, when I talk to women about how their bodies and energies work, the first thing I hear is “Do you have a class for my Husband to learn all of this?” So. Of course I made that for you. My husband and I get together for a little date to reflect on the way he has supported my cycle healing journey, how it’s changed our lives, and how he understands me and my body. He breaks down each phase of the cycle in terms men understand and shares his tips for how to best support a cycling spouse. We recommend a bottle of wine and tuning in when the kids are in bed.
