Cancellation policy at Selah Space
Effective holistic care entails consistent monitoring. Therefore, it is important to consistently attend appointments according to clinical recommendations. A written reminder and phone call are available, as a courtesy, but ultimately, it is the client’s responsibility to attend appointments.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment must be done, at minimum, 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A call, text, or email must be made during regular business hours, excluding holidays. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will be considered a ‘No Show’ or ‘Late Cancel’. Selah Space practitioners and staff will encourage and assist with the rescheduling of an appointment at no additional charge so long as the appointment is cancelled with at least 24-hour notice.
Clients who ‘No Show’ or ‘Late Cancel’ their appointments will be required to pay for the missed service. Appointment scheduled and pay for more than 30 days in advance cannot be refunded.
