Lesson 4: Pelvic Health

I can honestly say that Marysa changed my life. No one had told me about Pelvic Floor Therapy before. No one had told me that so many of my issues that were deemed “normal” were because my pelvic floor muscles were too tight. I sat here, knowing that we story trauma int he hips, mother wounds on the right and partner wounds on the left. It never occurred to me that there was a treatments plan! Tune in to this training to be blown away by your pelvic floor.

Meet Marysa Warnhoff

I help women find strength and confidence through specialized physical therapy for pelvic health concerns. I aim to make uncomfortable topics approachable, life altering symptoms manageable, and equip you with empowering and essential education. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy for over a decade, I have passionately pursued pelvic health as my specialty to help change the state of women’s healthcare. Pelvic health diagnoses like incontinence, prolapse and painful sex have been normalized for too long. I’m ecstatic when I get to share in my patients' successes and show them that they have the power to heal. I treat with a variety of modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, visceral manipulation, and dry needling. I also bring expertise in perinatal care as a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’m a mom of two toddlers, a lover of deep conversations, binge-worthy TV shows, and of excellent coffee.
