Lesson 2: Nutrition
Food was one of the first ways I began to support my cycle, nearly two years ago. I wouldnāt say it was the easiest way to live in alignment with my cycle, but it was something concrete and easily actionable, as well as something my husband could support me in. This focus on Nutrition takes it even further than I did because I sat down with Functional Nutrition Coach, Melissa Eich. She is such a delight and a wealth of information!
