It can feel utterly impossible to ask for help. After all, we’ve been taught to be tough, independent, and that we are successful only if we never need anyone or anything.
But beautiful girl, we’ve been told lies. Women are made for community, relationship, and group work. that’s what we’re here for.
If it helps, we are going to call it an SOS, not something that gives you all the feels.
What’s an SOS?

As providers, we hear the most gripping stories of your life leading up to your first appointment with us. Our hearts break to hear the ways you’ve been mistreated, abused, dismissed, and ignored. Often, we are the first to believe you, first to listen, and the first to offer an actual answer to the question “what can be done to fix this?”
We don’t ever want you to miss out on that just because money might be scares. You, or your provider (any member of the Selah Space Provider Network), can submit an SOS form. Our Provider Committee will then convene to set up the best plan of action we can for your healing journey. You or your provider will hear back from us within 14 days.
Funding for your healing will be based on circumstantial need, funding availability, and provider availability.
We’re so proud of you for taking this step, sending out your SOS, and allowing yourself to be lovingly nurtured into health and wellness. We’ve got you.
